Delete your Pure Focus account

You can permanently delete your Pure Focus account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it.

1. From inside the app (fastest)

Open the app, go to Account, scroll to Delete account, and confirm. Your account and data are removed immediately, then hard-deleted after a 14-day grace period.

2. By email (no login needed)

Send an email from the address on your account to privacy@purefocusprogram.com with the subject "Delete my account". We verify it is you, then delete your account within 30 days (usually within a few days).

What gets deleted

• Your account and login details.
• All health and wearable data (Apple Health, Oura, Whoop, Garmin readings).
• Training and workout logs, check-ins, and body stats.
• Progress photos and meal photos.
• Your chat history with the AI coach.
• Push notification tokens.

What we may keep

We retain the minimum records the law requires (for example, invoicing or tax records held outside the app) for as long as we are legally obliged to, then delete them. These contain no health data.
