Pure Focus provides 1:1 health & performance coaching for entrepreneurs. The app is a tool that supports your coaching engagement - it is not a standalone service.
The AI coach and daily briefs are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. They are general performance and lifestyle guidance based on your data. Any protocol, supplement, or training change should be reviewed with your human coach (Manou) and, where appropriate, your physician. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.
You agree to keep your login secure, provide accurate information, and use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with your coaching agreement.
You grant Pure Focus a limited licence to process your health and wearable data for the sole purpose of delivering the coaching service. See the Privacy Policy.
The service is provided "as is". We target high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
To the maximum extent permitted by Maltese and EU law, Pure Focus' liability for any claim arising from the app is limited to the fees you paid for coaching in the preceding 90 days. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
Either party may terminate at any time. Your data rights under the Privacy Policy survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malta.
